My 1st Kettlebell Book and I decided to focus just on swings because it is the most unique thing about the Kettlebell. It looks easy but actually it has quite a bit of technicality in it especially on posture and core stability.
Even though there are endless social media post on Kettlebell Swing, I feel there is room for a book where you do not have to look at your phone all the time but instead of a book that you can stop, pause, look at the pictures and write your own notes - and refer to it again later.
For me, it is also a way to test how the broken-down steps can be described so that people get a chance to think about it. It is also a way for me to develop my skills in teaching and having to verbalize in writing is quite a learning process. So happy to have you be part of that journey and hope you enjoy the content tin the book.
